Our Health Care Assistants support people to live their best lives, whatever that looks like to them.

No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • supporting people to take part insocial activities, both in and out of the home
  • encouraging people to maximise theirindependenceand build everyday living skills
  • supporting people to access thelocal community
  • assisting people with theirpersonal hygiene
  • assisting people atmeal times, including with cooking
  • understanding individualhealth and wellbeingneeds
  • promoting choice,dignity, independence and respect
  • completing and maintainingcare records.
