Join our caring and supportive team of support workers in Cardiff!

• Full-time and part-time available
• Early shifts, long days, and sleep-in shifts
• Full UK manual driving license required
• Fully funded training and mentoring

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to support two ladies and one gentleman, aged between 30s and 50s, who are passionate about making a positive impact and enjoy helping others achieve their best outcomes.
You will engage in activities such as playing bingo, attending walking groups, swimming, and gym sessions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide full personal care support
• Administer medication
• Update support plans using IT
• Promote independence

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Patience and empathy
• Inclusivity and respect for others
• Adaptability and resilience
• Ability to work well in a team (3 staff members on duty at one time)
