Overview

Support Worker role with United Response in Redruth, Cornwall. Part time or full-time 37.5 hour contract. Salary: £12.60 per hour. Location: Redruth.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with the people you will be supporting and help with their day-to-day routine in line with personal support plans (dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending appointments, and involvement in employment, volunteering and hobbies).
  • Empower the people we support to live their lives how they want to, providing encouragement and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • Full UK Driver's Licence (required for this role).
  • Compassion, dedication, and a desire to make a difference.
