Days & Hours:
5 hrs per week, 2.5 hours over 2 days, arranged with the family in advance. Typical shift: 3.00pm-5.30pm, with potential for hours to increase after establishing a good working relationship.
Pay:
£15.50 per hour on weekdays and £16.70 per hour on weekends.

Yes, essential.
Using Own Vehicle for Work Purposes?
Yes, for attending trainings and during work. Business insurance required; mileage paid.
Essential Experience:
Experience working with young people with brain injury (training provided).
Desirable:
Interest in therapy and involvement with multidisciplinary teams.

One dog; family home contains a well-contained snake.

Role Overview:
Support Jamie, born in 2015, a Lego enthusiast who enjoys gaming, drawing, and has aspirations to visit Legoland. Jamie has a brain injury from birth, is mobile, and requires support for daily needs.
Responsibilities:
Support with daily tasks, school collection, communication, and therapeutic activities at home. Attend quarterly multidisciplinary team meetings and hospital appointments if needed.
Benefits:
£15.50/hour weekdays, £16.70/hour weekends, 5.6 weeks annual leave pro-rata, pension (qualifying), free DBS, induction, training, supervision, ongoing support.
