Pay Rate: £13.20
Shifts: 8am - 6pm / 12am - 10am / 10pm - 8am, including weekends

Priory Adult Care is the UK's leading independent provider of specialist adult care services. Our aim is to provide the right support in the right home for all the individuals we accommodate. We operate community-based residential care settings and a network of supported living services, supporting adults over 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS), and behaviours that challenge. We also offer residential and nursing care for older people with varying needs.

Job Description
Our teams provide care and support for individuals with different conditions across Priory sites throughout the UK. Your positive attitude and passion for delivering high-quality care will be your key strengths. You should have a friendly, patient, and positive approach to work.
You will assist with daily activities while encouraging and promoting independence. As part of our team, you'll help individuals reach their potential through practical and emotional support, making a positive difference in their lives.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. We value individuals who demonstrate the right values and behaviors, are eager to learn, and show compassion for those we support.

Additional Information
Based in Radstock, Somerset, Priory Radstock offers residential support for 12 autistic people. We are located on a main road in Radstock, providing 24-hour residential support in an environment with communal and private living spaces. We support residents to access the community and live as independently as possible using a positive behavior support (PBS) approach.

All roles are subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Access NI, or Disclosure Scotland, with costs covered by Priory.
