Job description

We are looking for Support Workers who believe in our vision to ensure that every person we support leads a happy, purposeful life. We welcome caring individuals to join our team as Support Workers or Care Assistants. Full training and support will be provided.

What you will be doing:

  • Using the training provided, assist those we support with daily tasks.
  • Support in day-to-day activities such as social visits, family visits, and outings to local attractions.
  • Maintain up-to-date paperwork to document each person's support.
  • Work positively with colleagues, families, and external organisations to support those in our care.

What we would like you to have:

  • A basic understanding of care is beneficial, but no formal experience is required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Pride in working with vulnerable people and a serious approach to safeguarding.
  • Effective decision-making and judgment.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to meet all Health & Safety standards.
