Due to high demand, we are currently recruiting Support Workers to cover shifts in homeless hostels and supported living services in Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals who have faced homelessness and trauma.

We offer a variety of shift patterns, including earlies, lates, long days, and waking nights, allowing our Support Workers to choose shifts that suit their lifestyles and commitments. Whether you seek a flexible or full-time role, options are available.

Candidates with experience supporting homeless adults or similar backgrounds are preferred. Experience with substance misuse or alcohol-related issues is highly advantageous.

The ideal Support Worker will demonstrate emotional resilience, patience, and empathy. Maintaining consistent communication, creating safe boundaries, and managing challenging behaviors are essential skills.
