Job description

We have a really exciting opportunity across Plymouth supporting individuals to lead a better life. The team will essentially look at creatively finding new ways to introduce individuals to new hobbies and social network whilst supporting practical needs.

The Support worker role is supporting clients via 1:1 support within the community. The support worker will develop a support plan with the individual in receipt of the service and support the identified goals.
