Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our Supported Living team in Pershore at Cherry Orchard House.
Shifts are currently from 2:30pm to 10:30pm, and 7am to 2:30pm.
As a Support Worker in our Supported Living Team, you will support individuals with additional needs such as learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health issues, Autism, challenging behaviour, and complex health needs like Epilepsy.
We recognize each person as an individual and provide a unique, person-centered service tailored to their needs. Your role is to promote residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high standards of care. Responsibilities include supporting with daily living skills, personal care, medication, meal times, accessing the community, and social activities to promote independence and socialization.
We offer a safe and secure home environment for people with learning disabilities, enabling them to live independently with the necessary care and support. The property features good quality communal/shared spaces and gardens.
