You’ll be by her side with dignity and compassion—helping with movement, personal care, and creating a calm and cheerful atmosphere. This is her home, and she’d love you to feel like part of the family. Bring your slippers (yes, really!) and settle in. Evening shifts can be peaceful—plenty of time to read, watch movies, or brush up on new skills while staying nearby if she needs you.

What you'll be working:

• Choose from 12-hour day shifts or waking nights—whatever suits you best (8am-8pm, 8pm-8am)
• Full-time, part-time, or casual—we’re flexible so your schedule can be too
• You’ll tell us your availability each month, putting you in charge of your work-life balance

• Maintain professional boundaries with the client and their family members, adhering to direction from the care manager as appropriate
