Pay rate starts at: £12.77 ph + Enhancements

You will be required to have a Full UK Driving Licence in order to drive the company vehicles.

Shifts are: 8am 20:30 on a Rota Monday - Sunday

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our residential service in Bulls Cross near Stroud is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in town shopping, the next you could be unwinding with them going on a walk in the countryside, watching films or going to the cinema.

Some of the activities we do are:

• Swimming
• Family home visits
• Volunteering at local community farm
• Arts and crafts
• Baking
• Days out for eg Cotswold wildlife park, beach etc
• Sensory sessions

This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be accessing activities in the local area or baking a cake to enjoy.
