A community-oriented care provider in Oxford is seeking compassionate Care Workers to support individuals at home. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a valid driving licence, and the ability to work on alternate weekends. The provider offers comprehensive training and pays for all hours worked, including between visits. A rewarding opportunity for those valuing community engagement.
We’re seeking extra special Care Workers to support people to live well at home! This role will be working with both our Cowley and Headington teams.
We are thrilled to be recognised as winners at among others the 2024 National Care Awards, as the Domiciliary Care Provider of the Year, and the 2025 Home Care Awards. All made possible by our wonderful support worker teams, which we would love for you to join! At the moment we have requests from the ladies we work with for female carers only, to ensure their comfort and wellbeing.
We welcome people with no previous care experience, FULL training will be provided. But you should have compassion, respect and a desire to support people in your community!
Here at BelleVie Care, we are looking for people who know how a simple cuppa can warm the heart. That the power of a compliment can make someone’s day. By just holding a hand, teasing out a smile, or sharing a laugh can mean the world to someone who is alone or living with challenges you and I know nothing about.
It’s this compassion and hidden talent that you don’t think are worth putting on a cv, the parts of you that never really get to shine in your current job, the skills you don’t even know are perfect for care, that we seek out so we can ensure that the people we support can live their best lives at home.
We don’t just see the value in the expected, we see value in the things other people overlook, we see you for you.
If you’re someone whose warmth and kindness shines through, and who embraces their local community spirit we’d love to hear from you. Because, these are the things we value too. Be part of the community that values all of you. If you are interested in job satisfaction and a rewarding career making people smile and giving back to the community, please apply now!
Caring is a value and a vocation.
Find a career that values you.
Bring your whole self to work #Belleviecare
Yes, we provide the usual help around the home, personal care, companionship, transport, and more. But that’s where the similarities with other providers end
You must be able to drive and have access to your own car (or be a confident cyclist if just interested in our Headington team)
We don\'t provide visa sponsorship.
*Please note that for this specific role we require a female support worker due to a justified occupational requirement. This is based on requests from the people that we support, to ensure their comfort and wellbeing.
