Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a brand new nursing home opened in 2024 in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care to residents in a luxurious setting.

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is required. The position is permanent, full-time (36 hours per week) with day or night shifts, paid monthly at £12.80–£13.45 per hour. Benefits include induction, enhanced DBS, recognition schemes, and more.

As the Support Worker your key duties include:

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £12.80 - £13.45 per hour - Pay frequency is monthly.
