We're Hiring: Health Care Assistants Nottinghamshire

We're on the lookout for Health Care Assistants to join our team in the Nottinghamshire area.

Salary + Benefits: £12.00 - £15.00 per hour + holiday pay + pension + A referral bonus £200 for referring a Support Worker, £300 for referring an RMN/RNLD

About The Role:

You'll be working in low/medium secure units, wards, hospitals, and care homes, providing high-quality, person-centred support. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs.
  2. Supporting clients in achieving their rehabilitation and development goals.
  3. Assisting with daily living tasks and meaningful activities.
  4. Facilitating community engagement and social participation.
  5. Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
  6. Managing complex behaviours and associated risks.
  7. Providing specialist support for individuals with acquired brain injuries, mental health difficulties & learning disabilities.

Requirements:

  1. MAPA/PMVA preferred but not essential; full training is provided!
