Job summary

Potens is seeking Support Workers to join their caring team in Northern Ireland. We are looking to recruit Support Workers to join our established team based in Drumary House, Derrygonnelly Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and mobility challenges
  • Assisting residents with daily living, personal care, and community participation
  • This role is within our residential care service located on the outskirts of a small village for up to 15 residents

  • Capable of working independently, multitasking, and organizing
  • Maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • A quick learner, hands-on, flexible in tasks and activities
  • Able to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, sleep nights, waking nights, weekends, and bank holidays
