A leading social care provider seeks compassionate individuals to support adults with autism in their journey towards independence. This role involves assisting with daily living, emotional support, and fostering social skills within a team-focused environment. Location - Northamptonshire - Primarily Northampton. The service is a mixture of supported living and community outreach.
Employment package- £12.21 per hour, £40 sleep-in allowance, Employee Assistance programme, Funded DBS, Industry recognised training and qualifications, bonus reward scheme.
Vacancy- Permanent two-week working pattern from 16 hours up to 37.5 hours. Plus options for overtime regularly. Day team operates between the hours 7:00 to 22:00 with a mixture of early, mids, and lates.
