Job summary

Salutem Care & Education is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in the Durham area. You will deliver high-quality, person-centered care, supporting disabled adults with complex needs and mental health challenges in a residential setting.

Key duties include implementing care plans, promoting independence, coordinating activities, and maintaining accurate records. DBS checks are part of the recruitment process and you will join a supportive team.
