Salutem Care & Education is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for Grizedale, a vibrant residential care home in Durham. You will deliver high-quality, enabling care and support people with complex needs to live their best lives.

You’ll work with a dedicated team to implement person-centered plans, promote independence, manage risks, and encourage relationships while maintaining detailed records and safe environments. DBS checks apply.

• Medication Management: Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self-administration.

Grizedale is a vibrant residential care home in Durham supporting disabled adults with complex needs and mental health issues to live their best lives every day!

As part of the Grizedale family, every day will be different - you could be getting artistic with Carol and supporting her with her latest diamond and sequin masterpiece, enjoying the wildlife at Herrington Country Park with Peter, or helping Alan out in the garden to grow your own vegetables!
