A child support organization in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking compassionate Support Workers to provide trauma-informed care to young people. Ideal candidates should hold a relevant qualification or be willing to work towards one. Responsibilities include engaging with young people and managing challenging behaviour. The role offers a base salary of £32,000 with additional benefits including fully funded qualifications and career growth pathways.
