Job summary

Achieve together is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist people with learning disabilities, autism and related needs. You will help individuals in daily activities at home and in their local communities, celebrating successes and encouraging creativity and participation.

No previous care experience is required as full training is provided, with clear opportunities for progression and flexible working patterns to suit your lifestyle.
