A home, not just a service. Home to thirty-five residents with physical and learning disabilities, our Newlands House service focuses on assisting and enabling the service users to achieve their maximum potentials.
We offer full-time and part-time hours. You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota.

From 1 December 2025, enhancement rates of £1.00 per hour apply to weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to sleep-Ins.
Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication. Encourage independence through a person-centred approach. Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities. Keep clear, accurate records. Most importantly – help each person live life on their own terms.
