Job summary

Salutem Care and Education is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care to the people we support. You will help with daily living, promote independence and maintain accurate records.

You will plan activities, support health and wellbeing, assist with medication processes, and ensure a safe, respectful environment. A compassionate team player with strong communication is ideal.
