Salary: £12.21 per hour (£19,047.60 per annum)
Working Hours: 30 hours per week, 1 sleep

We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker – Waking Nights to join our team at Affinity Supporting People South Limited – Morecambe. Affinity Supporting People South Limited is part of the National Care Group. We provide supported living services for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, mental health, and challenging behaviours. Our dedicated team works closely with those we support to deliver person-centred care, empowering each individual to reach their goals and fulfil their aspirations.

You will work with young adults who have complex needs. We are looking for a respectful and caring individual who can passionately support our young adults to fulfil their potential. This role can be challenging but is highly rewarding.
You will build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together. You will help plan their daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands. Support with personal care, including assistance with eating and medication administration, may be required. You will also help plan and participate in activities and days out, supporting individuals to become more independent and achieve their goals.
