Support Worker – Waking Nights

Location: Morecambe

Salary: £12.21 per hour (£19,047.60 per annum)

Working Hours: 30 hours per week, includes 1 sleep shift

We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker – Waking Nights to join our team at Affinity Supporting People South Limited in Morecambe.

You will work with young adults who have complex needs. We are looking for a respectful and caring individual who can passionately support our young adults to fulfill their potential. This role can be challenging but is highly rewarding.

  • Build positive relationships by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
  • Assist with daily tasks and practical activities such as cooking, cleaning, and errands.
  • Support with personal care, including eating and medication administration.
  • Help plan and participate in enjoyable activities and outings.
  • Support individuals to become more independent where possible.
