Job summary

LIfeways in Milton Keynes is inviting compassionate people to support individuals with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs in daily living. Join a dedicated team at Staple Hall Road offering 37.5 hour bank/sessional contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Promote independence, dignity, and safety for individuals.
• Attend training, and participate in shift handovers and team meetings.

Milton Keynes – across 3 services including Staple Hall Road

Contracts available:

Female 37.5 hour Bank/sessional roles available

Shift Patterns

• Between 7am – 10pm
• Monday to Sunday, including alternate weekends
• Sleep in shifts required

About Staple Hall Road

Located in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, Staple Hall Road is a vibrant, detached home supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities. Residents enjoy a lively, social environment with activities like bowling, cinema trips, meals out, and visits to the local Groovy Gecko nightclub. The home is close to shops, restaurants, and attractions like Bletchley Park and the Willen Observation Wheel, with excellent transport links to London and nearby towns.
