Who Will You Be Supporting?

You’ll be supporting two adopted siblings—a brother and sister in their 50s—who live together in a warm, welcoming home. They each have their own unique personalities and support needs:

  • The lady is vibrant, outgoing, and loves holidays—especially trips to Butlins!

As a Support Worker, you’ll be:

  • Creating a Calm, Supportive Environment: Adapting your approach to suit each person’s needs
  • Daily Living Support: Assisting with personal care, medication, and meal preparation (including portion control support)
  • Engaging in Activities: Supporting with holidays, hobbies, and community outings
  • Building Trust: Providing consistent, person-centred support with patience and empathy

What Are We Looking For?

  • Calm & Adaptable: Able to tailor support to individual personalities and preferences
  • Patient & Supportive: Brings a homely, nurturing approach to care
  • Firm but Fair: Able to set gentle boundaries while maintaining a positive atmosphere
