Support Worker - Agincare Enable

Agincare Enable is currently recruiting Support Workers to join our supported living service for people with complex needs and learning disabilities. The role will be based in Malmesbury. Working at Agincare brings many benefits including:

  • £14.00 per hour - Day hours from 7am to 10pm, with a range of shifts available.
    Sleep-ins from 10pm to 7am (paid at £60.00 per night).

About the Role

In this role, you will support young adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex behaviours to lead fulfilling and independent lives. You will help the service users with daily tasks and assist them in accessing the community and local area, such as attending clubs, using leisure facilities, or even just going out for a coffee.
