Support Workers – Macclesfield
Pay rate: £12.30 to £12.60 per hour

About the role:
We are looking for experienced, hands-on support workers to join our small, friendly team in Macclesfield. You will be supporting adults with a range of needs, including individuals who are verbal and non-verbal. Every day is different, and we need people who are proactive, upbeat, and able to build genuine connections with the people we support.
This role involves a mixture of lone working and working alongside other team members, depending on the individual’s needs.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting adults with daily living tasks
• Lone working, as well as working as part of a team
• Providing community-based support, such as attending activities, appointments, and trips out
• Assisting with personal care
• Meal preparation and supporting individuals with healthy eating choices
• Administering medication safely and accurately
• Maintaining accurate daily records and following individual support plans
• Supporting both verbal and non-verbal individuals, using communication aids and techniques where needed
What we are looking for:
• Experience working with adults with complex needs
• Comfortable supporting both verbal and non-verbal individuals
• Confident administering medication
• Moving and handling trained
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) trained
