Job description

Male support worker needed: This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 as there is a genuine occupational need to recruit males only due to the nature of the role.

You will need:

  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK (Sponsors are not available)
  • Caring, patient and empathetic nature
  • Driving license preferred
  • Motivated to make a difference to our clients.

Your role will be:

  • 6 hours a day, Monday – Friday
  • Flexible start and finish times to meet clients’ needs
  • Helping our client to go out in the community
  • Providing support to meet all daily living tasks

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Providing high quality person-centered support to our clients
  • Supporting our client with working toward their goals
  • Supporting with daily living tasks and engaging in fulfilling and meaningful activities with our clients
  • Providing support to access the community that are engaging and fun for our clients.
  • Working under the supervision and guidance of the multi-disciplinary team.
  • £15 per hour + holiday pay + pension!
