£28,808.00 per annum, working 40 hours per week.

Working in partnership with the London Borough of Newham and East London Foundation Trust, IBIS House supports people who are medically fit for discharge from mental health inpatient stays but have other barriers to discharge. These may include housing, living skills, accessing benefits or the community, or other interventions. The main aim of the service is to provide short-term support to link customers with longer-term services to reduce escalations, inpatient readmissions, and pressure on inpatient beds.
Shift Patterns are 08:00-16:00hrs and 14:00hrs to 22:00hrs, including bank holidays and weekends.

Typical qualifications from none to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. While you may have little or no previous relevant sector work experience, eagerness to learn and engage positively with customers is essential.
