Vibrance has an exciting opportunity available for you to join the team as a Support Worker based in Paistow. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week. In return, you will receive a salary of £23,582 per annum plus benefits.

About The Support Worker Role

Helena Road is a registered care service providing 24-hour care for up to ten adults with learning disabilities and other healthcare needs.

As a support worker, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals around the local area. Service users require 24-hour holistic support, including accessing the community for activities.

We're looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care. You will maintain high standards of service, provide emotional support, and help residents live full, active lives.

Candidates for this role will be expected to work a mix of day, night, and weekend shifts.
