Cartref Ni is a not-for-profit organisation and a registered charity, that provides 24/7 support to adults with learning disabilities enabling them to live in their own home in the counties of Conwy, Denbighshire, and Flintshire.

Description
Supporting two young gentlemen who live in Llandudno. Both lead very active social lives. One volunteers in Venue Cymru as a steward, has a love of rugby and enjoys going to watch his home team play at the rugby club. The other goes regularly to the gym, loves paddle boarding, swimming, does volunteering work and loves a good jigsaw to complete.
Both have their own vehicles, so a car driver is essential. Proactive team members are needed for this upbeat house. Some knowledge of autism and cerebral palsy is desirable but not essential as all training will be provided.
