Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Wales is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help vulnerable young people, many facing homelessness, trauma or time in care.

You will build positive relationships, deliver support plans, assist education, employment, training and independent living, and help sustain tenancies while safeguarding.

The role is full-time, permanent, with a salary of £25,020 per year plus £100 on-call allowance every eight weeks, typically 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00.

Qualifications
