Role Overview: Support Worker at Leonard Cheshire

As a Support Worker, you will be part of a fantastic team. Your daily tasks may include:

• Assisting with daily life tasks such as personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
• Providing escort and assistance within the service, at external events, and appointments.
• Supporting our Person-Centred approach to encourage independence and help clients achieve their individual goals.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
