Typical Shifts: 7am-7pm and 9am-9pm, including weekends on a rota.

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker you will help people gain more independence in their daily lives, while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.
Our nursing service in Liss is a welcoming environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging access to local communities, socialising and doing activities. Examples include accompanying people to local bars and pubs or unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
This is an amazing role for someone who wants to make a real difference, helping individuals grow in confidence and independence to meet their goals (e.g., making dinner independently or going on holiday).
We’re interested in applicants who have the right values and experience. For this service, a full UK driving license is required. You should be resilient, flexible and composed in your approach. Experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice is preferred, as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
