Salary: GBP11.56 - GBP12.37 per hour

Term: Time only (39 weeks per year)

Full-time position available: Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm

As an SEN Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in supporting students within their residential and educational settings. This school prioritizes the well-being and development of each student. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for students.
  • Facilitating access to learning through personalized approaches tailored to individual needs, both in one-on-one and group settings.
  • Fostering independence among students.
  • Maintaining and updating individual student records and reports, working closely with teachers and specialists.
  • Supporting students in residential settings and participating in classroom activities, staff meetings, and other gatherings.
  • Handling administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring high standards of hygiene and welfare for students at home and in class.
