Job summary

Nurseplus is hiring a Support Worker in Leominster for day and night shifts. You will provide compassionate care across settings, assisting with personal care, medication, and daily activities, while following care plans to promote independence and dignity.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting service users with personal care, safe lifting and moving, administering medication, meal preparation, and providing general companionship. You’ll work closely with care plans to ensure individuals maintain independence and dignity.
