PrimeLife Ltd in Leicester is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our team at Oval House Nursing and Residential Home in Braunstone. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with regular shifts between 8am and 8pm across a 7-day week.
We offer competitive hourly pay (£12.96–£13.32), fully funded DBS, comprehensive holiday pay, and a Refer a Friend scheme up to £250. Training is provided, and we value patient, respectful care for residents with varying needs.

Prime Life are on the lookout for passionate and dedicated care professionals to join our friendly team as a Support Worker, on a full or part time basis. At present, we have several vacancies available and are keen to meet with candidates as soon as possible for interviews.
This role will be based at Oval House Nursing and Residential Home in the Braunstone area of Leicester. The home has been specially designed to cater to the every need of 24 residents, living with a range of age related, physical and mental health conditions that require dignified support from our caring team. It is essential that candidates for this role are therefore patient, understanding and respectful of our resident’s individual abilities.

To be successful within this role, you will have a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference for our residents. Though prior experience as a Support worker or Care Assistant is desirable, this is not essential as full training is provided. Typically, our residents live with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and physical disabilities that require dignified support from our care team. It is essential that candidates for this role are therefore patient, understanding and respectful of our resident’s individual abilities.
