Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Wortley, offering £12.72 per hour. Typical shifts include 8am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 8am-7pm, 10pm wake nights, with DBS checks and references required.

You will help people gain independence, assist with personal care, and support community engagement in a welcoming environment. Ideal candidates are caring, resilient, and flexible, with a full UK driving license and ability to work across varied shifts to meet individuals' needs and goals.

Support Worker – Wortley - £12.72ph

Typical Shifts are: 8am -2pm, 2pm -10pm, 8am -7pm, 10pm and 8am (wake night) Nights may be a requirement of this role.

Our supported living service in Wortley is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them watching films or going into the local community.

We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values.
