BelleVie Care is seeking Care Workers to support people to live well at home. We are thrilled to be recognised as winners at the 2024 Home Care Awards with The Grand Prix Award for the best homecare provider, Best Palliative / End-of life Care, Best for Innovative Technology & Best for Team Support (staff wellbeing).

Please note that we welcome people with no previous care experience, as full training will be provided. You must be able to drive and have access to your own car, and you must already have the right to work in the UK. We recruit colleagues local to our teams, to support their local communities, so we can't accommodate relocation. You must live within approximately 5-10 miles of our Kidlington team.

What We Offer
  • Real Living Wage employer, paying £14.21 p/hr for time spent supporting people in their homes and £12.21 p/hr for other hours
  • 45p per mile mileage
  • Weekly Paid Team Meeting and buddy time

  • 30 days annual leave inclusive of public holidays (for Full Time workers, pro-rata for Part Time) + your Birthday off work
