Role: Support Worker

Salary: £12.36 - £12.66 per hour

Service: Polwell lane, Kettering

Shifts: Rotational, 37.5 hours per week

Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.

Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.

Polwell Lane is a lively, welcoming home with a busy social calendar. The people who live here are always ready to get together and plan their next big party - whether it’s a birthday, special occasion or an everyday dinner party, everyone gets involved and has their say in what goes on. There are fitness classes in house, tailored so wheelchair users can be included - and it’s always a lot of fun.

If successful, we’ll organise your Free DBS Check and references prior to confirming your start date.

Your journey will then begin with a 3-day online induction, before heading to the service to get started.
