We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers passionate about enhancing the quality of life for the people we support. As a support worker, you'll help individuals gain independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!
Our residential service in Johnstone offers a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be enriching lives by teaching new skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging community access, socialising, and engaging in various activities. One day might involve outings to local bars and pubs, and another could be playing video games, watching films, or going to the cinema.
This role is perfect for someone eager to make a real difference, helping individuals grow in confidence and independence to meet their goals, whether it's cooking dinner or going on holiday.
We value the right experience and values. Our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible, and composed. Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans, reflective practice, and working with individuals requiring enhanced support—including behaviors of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, and trauma—is essential.
