Your Journey Starts Here

We offer a 3-week induction with a dedicated buddy to support you from day one. As part of your journey with us, you'll be expected to complete the Level 2 Certificate in Adult Social Care during your probation period. We'll support your development with dedicated study days and ongoing guidance to help you succeed.

Compensation & Benefits

• £12.60 per hour (Real Living Wage)
• Enhanced pay on Sundays & Bank Holidays
• Sleep-ins paid at £65 per shift
