VP Forensic

Area: Nottingham DN40 Immingham

Male support workers needed: This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 as there is a genuine occupational need to recruit males only due to the nature of the role.

VP Forensic is looking to add to our support team in the Immingham area DN40 to support a gentleman with a moderate/learning disability, traits of autism, and complex behaviour. This client requires 24/7 support, with 1:1 support during the day and at night (sleep-in).

Requirements:
Must have previous experience working with clients with challenging/complex behaviour.
Must be eligible to live and work in the UK (Sponsors are not available).
Caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
Excellent communication skills.
Motivated to make a difference to our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality, person-centred support to our clients.
  • Supporting clients in working toward their goals.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and engaging in meaningful activities.
  • Supporting clients to access engaging and fun community activities.
  • Working under the supervision and guidance of the multi-disciplinary team.
