We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Caernarfon. About the Role

We are hiring Healthcare Assistants for our Residential Care Home in Caernarfon, assisting residents with personal care and ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.

About You

• At least 6 months’ experience in a similar care role within the UK
• Experience of supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or behaviours that challenge is desirable
• A caring, resilient, and patient approach
• Driver preferred due to shift times and location
• MAPA/CPI or equivalent training is an advantage (training can be provided)
