Job summary

All Care Services in the High Wycombe area is seeking a Care Assistant to provide person-centred care to older adults across High Wycombe, Windsor, Reading, Newbury and Maidenhead, helping them regain independence in their own homes.

With guaranteed hours under permanent contracts, you will follow consistent shifts (7.00 am–2.00 pm or 4.00 pm–10.00 pm), receive paid mileage, training, NVQ qualifications from day one, and opportunities for career development in a local, supportive team.

• Travel requirements for a community-based role with a UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.
• Good English communication skills.

Care Assistant

Location: Across High Wycombe, Windsor, Reading, Newbury and Maidenhead.

Salary: £13.10 – £13.27 per hour. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.

About the Role
