Part-Time Female Night Support Worker – Make a Difference in Northumberland

We’re now looking for a female Night Support Worker to join our friendly care team in the Hexham area, providing one-to-one care for a male client with a spinal cord injury.

About the Role

Our client lives in a peaceful, rural location in an adapted home just a short distance from his family. His family is actively involved in his care and will occasionally stay overnight.

You’ll be part of his dedicated night care team, working 11pm – 7am, supporting with:

  • Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
  • Moving and handling
  • Light domestic tasks
  • Monitoring overnight wellbeing

A live-in team member will also be present during the night in case any additional support is needed.

Important Details
  • This role is open to female applicants only, due to a genuine occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1)
  • Our client lives in a rural location, so you must be able to drive and have your own vehicle
