Job summary

STATIM Healthcare is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team in the Hereford area. We offer consistent shifts with a well-established supported living provider. This is agency work with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

You will support individuals with daily living activities, promote independence, assist with medications, and deliver person-centred care in a supported living setting. Training is available where needed and DBS checks are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in support work or social care is essential.
• Medication administration knowledge is required.
• Lone worker training is desirable and can be provided.
• DBS check via update service or willingness to obtain one is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and support independence.
• Promote wellbeing and person-centred care in a supported living setting.
• Assist with medication administration per care plan.
• Provide consistent, compassionate support across shifts.
