Support Worker Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a caring environment
  • Experience working with adults with autism
  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
  • Able to work unsociable hours, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with service users
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passionate about making a positive difference in others’ lives
  • Excellent writing skills

What We Do

We are a nationwide healthcare provider specializing in mental health services and adult care. Our homes are designed to meet the varying needs of adults with mental health challenges, located within thriving communities, offering educational, recreational, and social activities.

We aim to positively impact the experience of individuals with mental health difficulties through a person-centred approach, measuring outcomes tailored to each individual’s needs.

Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to employment; the expense will be covered by the employer.
