About the people and their home

People who live at Bay Lodge enjoy spending time together, going out for meals and trips to local seaside resorts. Our support workers are here to provide active support to the people who live here, to ensure they have fun whilst learning skills that enable them to be as independent as possible. Our support workers help people to develop their confidence to be brave and learn new skills and try new experiences. Our support workers help them to achieve their goals and dreams.

About you
It would be advantageous to have some experience of healthcare work for this role, but it isn’t absolutely necessary as we provide full training. As long as you’re passionate, hard-working and empathetic, you’ll fit right in.
